CHAPTER XXIV - PROMULGATION OF THE CONSTITUTION
Promulgation
of the Constitution. 172.
(1) The provisions of Chapter I to Chapter XXIII shall come into force on
the day appointed by the President by Proclamation. (2)
Parliament shall meet on the day so appointed and the President may, in
