Navy Commander Vice Admiral Cecil Tissera left for India to discuss combating gun running in the high seas in the Bay of Bengal, on Sunday, sources said. The highlight of the visit would be a briefing, which would be held by him foe top naval officials at Indian naval headquarters. Admiral Tissera and high-ranking Naval officials will hold talks with Admiral Sushil Kumar, the Naval Chief of India and are also expected to meet Vice-Chief of Army Staff, Lt.Gen. Vijay Oberoi and Vice Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Vinod Patney.
