About 4000 child abuse complaints annually says N. C. P. A. Chairman

About 4000 complaints of child abuse are reported annually to the  National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) said the Chairman of the NCPA yesterday.

He said that in a number of occasions there had been collusion between the offenders and the authorities to cover up grave crimes such as rape, torture and other forms of child cruelty.
