Some of the Tamil parties are mouthpieces of the LTTE says EPDP

The 11 Tamil parties who were seeking the diplomatic corps to pressurise the British government against banning the LTTE, to instead request Prabhakaran to open the supply route to the north, asked EPDP MP, R. Thavaraja in the parliament yesterday.

“Some of the Tamil MPs here are mouthpieces of the LTTE in this house. They are the victims of the LTTE themselves,” he alleged.

Thavaraja further claimed that the people in Jaffna suffered due to high prices of goods because the LTTE did not allow the fast supply routes to and from Jaffna.
