US Ambassador will visit Batticaloa

The US Ambassador E Ashley Wills and a group of Embassy officials are scheduled to visit Eastern and central regions of Sri Lanka during 13^th and 16^th of February.

The delegation headed by the Ambassador will visit Polonnaruwa, Batticaloa and Bandarawela with a view to meet government, NGO and private sector officials. 

According to the press release of the US Embassy, Ambassador has made several familiarisation trips to various parts of Sri Lanka, since his arrival in the island last October.
