Kaluwitharana’s mother passes away

Ms. Beulah Kaluwitharana, mother of Sri Lankan wicket keeper and opening batsman Romesh Kaluwitharana, passed away on Sunday after ailing for some time. 

The funeral will take place today (10) at 3.30 p.m at Holy Emmanuel Church, Rawatawatta, Moratuwa.

Romesh Kaluwitharana who was in Sharjah for the Triangular Cricket Series returned home yesterday. He is due to fly back to Sharjah after the funeral.

Ms. Beulah Kaluwitharana was the wife of the late Daya Kaluwitharana. She is survived by her two sons Romesh and Prashan.
