Japanese Business partners via the net

Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) has initiated a business partnership search program through the Trade Tie-up Promotion Program (TTPP) via the Internet. This program enables Sri Lanka and Japan to increase trade between the two countries. 

JETRO conducts programs such as sending advisors and sponsoring exhibitions, for industrial promotion in developing countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Programs for Asian countries include identifying local manufacturers suitable for investment by Japanese small and medium-size enterprises. They also help to foster the export industries of developing countries by nurturing key human resources.
