LTTE cease-fire extension?

The LTTE Theoretician Anton Balasingham is reported have told the Norwegian Special Envoy, Erik Solhiem that they would extend their four month long unilateral cease-fire for the fifth month. A local weekend newspaper said Solheim-Balasingham meeting took place in London on 8 April 2001.
