The best example for this is what that most of our actions including the administration of the State had been based on Buddhism. It is the good fortune of us all that Buddhism has been protected in its pristine purity passing various eras since it was introduced to Sri Lanka. The government also plans to start a program to propagate Tereavada Buddhism world-wide. We earnestly expect the advice and guidance of the Maha Sanga in this noble endeavour.
