The Police Election Secretariat received around twelve complaints on minor elections related incidents, police said. “ We will investigate all these complaints and bring the culprits to book,” he said, adding that irrespective of the party, the police would bring justice to these crimes. According to the Director, Police Election Secretariat, Senior SP, M.Raban, these are complaints on minor incidents. The complaints received are from Anuradhapura and Kurunegala (two each) and from Chilaw, Kegalle, Matara, Nikaweratiya and Ratnapura (one each) and three from Matale.
