A
Sri Lankan company is now supplying 'Sashimi
Tuna', a Japanese delicacy to the world's gourmets. The fish cut into
fine slices is eaten raw with a special Japanese sauce. Because
it's served raw, only the
highest-quality saltwater fish is used.
Tropic
Fishery (Pvt.) Ltd. is the first Sri Lankan company, supplying sashimi
grade Tuna to restaurant chains overseas.
The
group also exports Sri Lankan vegetables and other varieties of processed
fish.
