More than 10,000 opportunities will be available soon, for unskilled Sri Lankans to be employed in South Korea. Most of the job opportunities will be for males. Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to South Korea, K. C. Logeswaran who visited the South Korean Industrial Parks recently, has had discussions with job agents in Korea regarding job opportunities for Sri Lankans. Representatives of the Labor Ministry and the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment [SLBFE] were present at these discussions.
