Several trade deals between the two countries have been finalised at the Sri Lanka-Malaysia Business and Investment Promotion Fair, which began yesterday. Some of the Malaysian companies taking part in the event are looking for partnerships while others are looking for prospective buyers. There are seven Malaysian Companies and over ten Sri Lankan companies and institutions exhibiting a wide range of products and services. The objectives of the event are to promote greater bilateral trade, investment and tourism. The two-day fair concludes today.
