Mahan Airlines flies to Colombo

Iran’s second largest airline, Mahan Airlines would be operating the Colombo-Dubai route from later this month.

Initially there will be two weekly flights from Dubai to Colombo via Teheran.

The decision of the West Asian airline to fly to and from Colombo was to cater to Sri Lankan expatriate workers.

Meanwhile, several international airlines including Emirates, Gulf Air, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways and Kuwait Airways are continuing with their flights to and from Colombo.
