Bandaranaike Memorial Lecture by Professor Meyer

Eric Meyer, Professor of Asian History and Civilisations, and Director of the South Asia Department Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales, University of Paris will deliver the 42^nd S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike Commemoration Lecture Wednesday at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Colombo.

The lecture will be on “Legitimacy of Small States in a Globalised World.”

Prof. Meyer holds a Ph.D in the modern history of Sri Lanka from the Postgraduate School of Social Sciences, University of Paris and is a senior research fellow of the National Centre for Scientific Research.
