Several special services for the benefit of the disabled population are to be granted by the National Committee on Disabled Persons. The special services will include provision of hearing aids, artificial limbs, spectacles, Braille typewriters, wheel chairs and crutches. The focus will be on school children for the provision of spectacles. Disabled persons will also receive financial assistance to purchase medicine, start self-employment projects and for housing.
