New Diplomats from Egypt, Korea, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia present credentials

The new Ambassadors for Egypt, Republic of Korea and Saudi Arabia and the new High Commissioner for Pakistan presented their credentials to President Kumaratunga at President’s House, Colombo, Monday.

His Excellencies Dr. Amir Kamal Dessouky, Mr. Lee-Nam Soo and Mr. Mohamad Mahmood Al-Ali have been appointed as the Ambassadors to Sri Lanka for the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia respectively.

His excellency Mr. Ashraff Qureshi has been appointed as the High Commissioner for the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Sri Lanka.
