SriLankan Airlines, the national carrier is to open two new offices in the provincial capitals of Ratnapura and Badulla later this month. Passenger Sales Agents appointed by SriLankan will run both offices. “We aim to spread our network of ticket offices across the island so that SriLankan Airlines is within easy reach of every customer,” Chandana de Silva, SriLankan’s Manager for Sri Lanka and Maldives said. SriLankan Airlines has two ticket offices in Colombo, an office at the Bandaranaike International Airport and offices in Kandy, Galle and Dambulla.
