US Senate Consultant to visit Sri Lanka

Howard Rosen, Consultant for the Senate Finance Committee in the United States will arrive in Sri Lanka to address the 10^th breakfast meeting of the Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID), January 17.

Rosen’s address will focus on “Sri Lankan Competitiveness: Lessons from the United States”.

Rosen has also served as Minority Staff Director, Joint Economic Committee of the US Congress; Executive Director, Competitiveness Policy Council; and as Research Associate and Assistant to the Director, Institute for International Economics.

He has also been a consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
