A Danish business delegation is scheduled to visit Sri Lanka on March 11 to promote trade and investment in the country.

The delegation will meet high-level Sri Lankan officials with responsibility for trade and investment promotion and draw their attention to the possibilities for widening commercial relations between Denmark and Sri Lanka.

The event will be jointly organised by the Danish Embassy in New Delhi and Indo-Danish Business Association (IDBA)

Established in September 2001, IDBA is a network of people representing Danish business interests in India and people in Denmark, India and other countries interested in strengthening the commercial ties between Denmark and India.

Danish Embassy and IDBA will also organise ‘Danish Days’ in Sri Lanka during the visit of the delegation.
