Retired Major General
Trond Furuhovde,
Head of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) will arrive in Colombo
Saturday, January 31, to assume command of the SLMM the next day, February
1.
Maj. Gen. Furuhovde was
the first Head of the SLMM, serving from March 2, 2002 to March 6, 2003.
