Helgesen due in Sri Lanka

Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister Vidar Helgesen is due to visit Sri Lanka on Sunday for a four day visit. On Monday July 26 Helgesen and Ambassador Hans Brattskar will hold discussions with the LTTE in Killinochchi.

Deputy FM Helgesen is scheduled to meet President Kumaratunga, PM Rajapakse, other members of the Government, representatives of the opposition and members of the civil society during his stay.
