[October 8, 2004 - 7.00 GMT] Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey is expected on an official visit here today, October 8. This visit coincides with the Regional Conference of Swiss Ambassadors in Colombo from October 10-12. Ms. Calmy-Rey is also scheduled to call on President Chandrika Kumaratunga and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse during her stay in Sri Lanka. Official talks with Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar will take place tomorrow, October 9.
