Tuesday, 21st June 2005.

Post-Tsunami Operations Management Structure (P-TOMS) or the Tsunami Relief
Council and briefed Mr. Helgesen on her consultations with political
parties, religious leaders and civil society on the P-TOMS. Mr. Helgesen
expressed Norway’s support for her efforts.

and their aspirations to be an equal party and a signatory to the agreement.
Mr. Helgesen agreed to convey these concerns to the LTTE on his visit to

need to review its implementation in due course. The President unreservedly
condemned the spate of political killings in recent months by the LTTE,
especially of security forces personnel.
