Professor Warnapala - Minister of Parliamentary Affairs

President Chandrika Kumaratunga has today appointed Professor Vishva Warnapala as the new Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. Prof. Warnapala was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs before this appointment to the Cabinet of Ministers.
