BoC offers special credit card for media personnel [Friday, July 28, 2006 - 10.30 GMT]

Bank of Ceylon will issue a special credit card to media personnel at a discounted rate. In the first year 50 percent of the credit card joining fee will be waived off. There will be four different credit cards on offer with concessional rates ranging from Rs 150 for Local Classic Credit Card to Rs 720 for International Gold Credit Card.

The facilities on offer include 52 day interest free credit, a generous credit limit, free life insurance for Rs100,000, exclusive discounts, flexible repayment facility and cash withdrawal up to 50 percent of the credit limit, once a month.
