Assistant Secretary of State Richard Boucher to Visit Sri Lanka

Ambassador Richard Boucher, Assistant Secretary of State for Central and South Asian Affairs is due to visit Sri Lanka this month from the 19^th to the 20^th.

Ambassador Boucher will discuss the peace process, human rights and access to conflict areas with government ministers, civil society leaders and non-governmental organizations.
