Dialog’s BPO operation will focus on multi model contact management. The objective of this programme is to provide compelling contact outsourcing proposition for enterprises all sizes on inherent strengths. Known as Dialog Enterprise Contact Management (ECM) it will provide a wide range of contact options covering the multiple modes of Agent Voice, Automated Voice, SMS, fax, email and web chat. The launch of dialog ECM will assist other Sri Lankan enterprises with their outsourcing needs.
