Air Force attacks LTTE targets

Sri Lanka Air Force attacked two identified LTTE targets in East Puliyankulam in the uncleared area beyond the Omanthai check point this morning (20), said the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS).
  
One was a training centre frequently used by LTTE terrorists while the other was a place where mortars are stationed, according to observations carried out by the Air Force added the MCNS. It was from this location that the LTTE had recently launched mortar attacks on Kokkutuduvai and Welioya, the MCNS further said.
