LTTE suffers heavy damages

Security forces inflicted heavy damages on the LTTE, which attacked the troops in Mirusavil, Jaffna this morning (5), said the MCNS. The attackers fled the area carrying their wounded with them the MCNS added.
  
Three soldiers died in the confrontation. A search operation is now in progress in the area.
