One soldier was killed and another four
wounded when the LTTE terrorists fired mortars at the Army forward
Defence Line at Mullikulam yesterday afternoon around 2.30 p.m., said
the Media Centre for National security (MCNS).
The MCNS also said that about 20terrorists were believed to be killed
due to the counter-attack by the Security Forces.
