Omanthai
entry/exit point opens

The Omanthai entry/exit point on the A9 highway opened again this
morning (30), the Media Centre for National security (MCNS) said.
It was closed following the withdrawal of
the ICRC from its positions in that location point consequent to an
incident in which the LTTE fired upon a civilian van trying to proceed
towards government controlled territory around 4 p.m. on May 22.
