President orders urgent relief

President Mahinda Rajapaksa has ordered urgent relief to civilians of Ethawetunuwewa who fled to a school in Elikimbulagala, 10 kms away following a LTTE mortar attack on their village yesterday (31). A soldier was killed and 5 others comprising 3 Army personnel and 2 women were injured in the attack, said the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS).
  
Nation Building Minister S. M. Chandrasena visited the displaced that number around 600 and made arrangements to provide urgent relief as instructed by the President.
