The Special Unit to deal with matters relating to abductions,
disappearances and scaremongering has established its office at the
BMICH, Colombo with
effect from today (28).
This office set up by President Mahinda Rajapaksa to receive public
complaints and information with regard to abductions, disappearances and
scaremongering was earlier located at Temple Trees. The shift to BMICH
is to provide easier access to the public. The office will function through
24-hours.
