After detecting a cluster of LTTE boats the security forces destroyed an LTTE boat, in a three-hour battle in the seas off Kokkuthudai in Pulmudai Tuesday (02) midnight, Defence sources revealed. According to ground information, the LTTE boats were heading towards Trincomalee and were launched from south of Pulmodai. They were forced to abandon their passage as the naval troops also surrounded them obstructing their movement. The destroyed sea
