Thamil Selvan’s death no obstacle

The killing of Thamil Selvan, the Leader of the Political Wing of the LTTE is no threat to the peace process as some claim, said Government Defence Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella at a press briefing this morning (5) in Colombo.
  
It was the LTTE that always obstructed the peace process and Thamil Selvan played a leading role in such actions, the Minister added.
  
He also reminded the press about Selvan’s threat to attack Colombo and economic targets after their defeat in Sampur and other places.
