President Mahinda Rajapaksa
left for Kampala, Uganda this morning (22) to attend the Commonwealth
Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) that opens on Friday.
The theme of this years Meeting is “Transforming Commonwealth Societies
to achieve Political, Economic and Human Development”.
CHOGM meets every two years and has 53 member states.
