President Mahinda Rajapakse listens to Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni's (R) address at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) summit in Kampala today. The summit was opened in the presence of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II and heads of state and government from 53 member states.
