President opens new auditorium at Finance Ministry

President Mahinda Rajapaksa opened Randora Auditorium at the Finance Ministry today (January 02). President Rajapaksa met the staff of the Finance Ministry on the occasion of the New Year. 

Ministry Secretary P. B. Jayasundera presented to the President a copy of a book titled Code of Conduct and Ethics containing guidelines for the Ministry Staff. 

President commended the step taken by the Finance Ministry by setting up its own code of conduct and ethics and emphasized the importance of other ministries emulating the Finance Ministry.
