It is not only the terrorism that should be wiped out from our country for a better tomorrow but also corruption should be eradicated for the sustainability of the country’s development said President Mahinda Rajapaksa addressing a meeting of newly recruited Customs Officers and Excise Officers held at the Presidential Secretariat, Colombo today (January 21).

President Rajapaksa said this government will always protect the officers who do the right thing at right time and requested the newly recruited to carry out their services in a clean, honest, diligent and caring manner.
