DEYATA-KIRULA Exhibition opens on Independence Day

Deyata Kirula, the educational and development exhibition to make the public aware of the government’s future development plans will be inaugurated on February 4th to coincide with the country’s 60th anniversary of the independence.

The exhibition organized by the Finance Ministry with the Presidential Secretariat for the second time depicts the government's development endeavor under a 10-year plan outlined in the Mahinda Chinthana. Many government and private sector organizations are to showcase their products and services at the exhibition.

The event will be held from February 4 to 10 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo.

A special transport service will be provided with additional bus and train services for those who want to witness the large exhibition.
