'Supplier' of explosives to LTTE arrested in Tamil Nadu

The Tamil Nadu Police arrested an alleged supplier of explosives to the LTTE and seized from him 100 detonators, 83 gelatin sticks and 10 metres of fuse wire, Times of India reported.

According to Tamil Nadu Police sources the man had been shuttling between Tiruchirapalli and Pudukottai to procure the explosive substances including gelatin sticks.

Police had kept a close watch on his movements and arrested him and the explosives were seized after he was questioned.
