President Mahinda Rajapaksa after attending Commonwealth Conference in London returned to the island today (June 13).

Sri Lankan President and 11 other Commonwealth Heads of State met in London from June 9 – 10 to discuss the reform of international institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

During his visit to London President Rajapaksa held bilateral talks with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, David Cameron, the Leader of Opposition in UK and a group of British parliamentarians.
