Two more LTTE cadres held in Chennai

 
Two more LTTE cadres, K. Uma Ramanan and A. Amalan, both from Jaffna , were arrested by Tamil Nadu police early Wednesday (6) and sent to judicial custody for possessing an unspecified quantity of ammonium nitrate, a chemical fertiliser that can also be used as an explosive, besides cables and detonators.

After Wednesday's arrests, the total number of LTTE operatives taken into custody the past week has touched 10.
