Sri Lanka Air Force attacked an LTTE female suicide squad training facility at Vallipuram, 6km Northwest of Puthukkudiyirippu in Mullaittivu, this morning.

The air strikes were made following information received on intense terrorist activity at the location, Air Force sources said.

Earlier, on 27th September, a similar air strike was made at the LTTE's main female suicide training base at Rathnapuram in Kilinochchi.
