A magistrate in Chennai, India Thursday (27) jailed two lawyers K. Shankar and Muthu Siva Kumar, said to be members of MDMK for publicly celebrating the birthday of LTTE Leader Velupillai Prabhakaran. They were jailed under the provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967.
