President wishes Indian PM a restful recovery

 
President Mahinda Rajapaksa wished Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh a restful recovery after his heart surgery.

"We wish you a restful recovery, so that you return with further strengthened good health to your successful and visionary service, for the progress and prosperity of India and her people" President Rajapaksa said in his message.

"The people of Sri Lanka, my Government and I have been following with concern the news of your hospitalisation. We are most happy to learn now of the positive completion of the surgical intervention", he said.
