Mr. T. K. A. Nair, the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh is due to arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow (25) at the invitation of the Secretary to the President Mr. Lalith Weeratunga.

The visit is for an exchange of on developments in the field of public administration in the two countries.

Mr. Nair is due to address senior government officials in Sri Lanka at the BMICH on Thursday 26. The topic will be “Governance in India – Overview and Challenges”.
