India offers help for IDPs

India has already increased the size of the Indian funded hospital in Pulmudai and sent an additional batch of doctors last week, Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon told the journalists in Delhi yesterday (30).

The Indian government has already dispatched more medicine and food supplies for the Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in the conflict zone in northern Sri Lanka, reported the BBC website quoting the Indian Foreign Secretary.
