President Mahinda Rajapaksa went down on his kneews and worshipped the Motherland on his return to Sri Lanka at the Bandaranaike International Airport this morning (May 17).

He later received the blessings of the Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Christaian religions for continued successful leadership of the country. He returned after participating in the G-11 Summit in Jordan, to a country where all citizens have been liberated from the terrorism of the LTTE.
